- Established platform-wide design system of UI components using atomic design principles
- Strategized and implemented future features within a product roadmap that would holistically improve backend admin, contractor frontend, and client experience
- Improved user onboarding experience to increase in registration completions
- Constructed new client acquisition and checkout process so that offerings were more easily understood
